Cardio. Cardio exercise is the best way to get rid of that fat (no matter what anyone tells you!). Do 30 minutes of high-intensity exercise (you swear) everyday – or 5 days a week, and it'll reduce slowly.

Try walking fast, jogging, riding a bicycle (get some hills in there!), hiking, or something similar. Anything that gets your hear-rate up around 85% of your maximum heart rate (see my reference).

Also, burn more calories than you take in. That's an important part of this. One pound is about 1600 calories, so you can do the math from there. If you burn 1600 calories more than you take in in about a week, you should be down a pound of fat. While that fat can come from anywhere, it will eventually burn up from your midsection.

If you're a guy, midsection fat takes longer to go away than in women. There is no way to "target" one part of your body. But, stick with the cardio and a healthy diet and you'll eventually loose it.

Diet and excerise. Burning more calories than you put into your body is the most natural and effective ways of lossing fat.

However, weight gain is not just attributed to your eating habits. Stress and lack of sleep are big factors. Find ways to eliminate stress and get a good nights sleep. Make sure to eat breakfast everyday.

Doing lunges and crunches will help tone up your muscles in your thighs and stomach but it won't neccecarily burn fat. You have to set up a good cardio program such as running, swimming or walking three more times a week for about 60 minutes.

Remember to stay positive and a a good outlook. You may not be burning fat at first, but just keep on chugging away and you'll see results. Don't give up!!!

spot reduction is the myth that working a particular muscle area burns the fat there more efficiently, e.g. crunches for the abs….actually fat either uniformly gets burned around the body, or not uniformly but according to a formula in your genetics and/or gender….e.g. men may put fat around their stomach more than thighs, more than females, thus it works backwards when losing it.

its not just exercise but diet also, u dont really need expensice gym equipment to workout, u can use ur own bodyweight to train i.e crunches, pressups, pull ups.
dont forget using medicine balls and the small balls with weight in them, they are very good for losing weight and highly reccommend.

edit: actually jogging isnt the best exercise as it damages your knees, walking at a fast pace is more effective to lose weight in my experience, less stressful on ur joints.

You can't spot lose. Cardio exercise is good for burning fat from all over the body. You can walk briskly, jog, bicycle, swim, do aerobics (look up videos on youtube if you don't have any or don't care to buy any).

You don't need expensive equipment to exercise, just a good pair of shoes.

healthy food and cardio, side bends crunches, leg lifts……. but those are the hardest places to loose and many people find even after all fat and weight is lost their is extra skin and saddle bags that sometimes need to be removed by surgery

sit-ups, crunches, leg lifts and squats.
If you want to add extra resistance use ankle weights or if you don't have ankle weights wear heavy boots when doing leg lifts and do squats while holding something heavy.

Exercise. Do cardio; running is the best workout. Biking works too (especially over hills.)

Just spend more time on your feet.
