I want to lose some weight over the next few months, what are some tips to help that?
I drink 64 oz. of water every day, exercise for 30 min. to an hour and a half every day, and I've been trying to eat better by cutting out junk food. I'm a really picky eater, also, so what are some foods I can eat?
