The Hot Pot Simple Solar Cooker was featured on “Good Morning America” yesterday. It’s deemed to be the latest and greatest of outdoor solar ovens. It’s apparently a low cost, high performance simple solar stove with the capacity of temperatures up to 350-400 degrees within an hour for up to six hours. It’s said to be perfect for baking, cooking, stews, fondues, etc., and is suppose to be very simple and easy to use.
The company says that it’s been tested and refined over six years, and sales of it help subsidize its distribution in developing countries to help reduce deforestation and respiratory disease caused by traditional cooking. This sounds like a great cause.
The Gaiam Hot Pot Simple Solar Cooker is suppose to be great for camping, going to the park or other outdoor activities, as well as keeping the house cooler in the hot part of the season, keeping utility bills down. They’re saying it will be very popular and sell like hotcakes. If you want to learn more about it, you can read more at Weight Loss Tips That Work. Here’s a short video about it.
