Fat Burning Diets and Fat Burning Recipes
Fat Burning Diets are very popular, but can they really help you burn more calories faster? The concept of fat burning diets, including the Fat Burning Furnace Rob Poulos developed, is knowing the right combination of foods and fat burning recipes along with the best fat burning exercises will help you burn more calories faster.
If you know what fat burning foods and vigorous exercise routines to do, it will help you lose your body fat. Increasing your protein intake helps reduce your appetite and recover more quickly from workouts. If you follow the plan which includes changing your lifestyle and eating habits, you’ll succeed. It’s important to continue eating food you like in moderation, but you need to know what types of foods will help your body burn fat when you exercise. Fat burning diets include things like:
- Fruits and vegetables because they have high water content, they’re filling, and they give your body the vitamins and minerals it needs
- High fiber, whole grain “complex” carbohydrates like brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta and breads (make sure they’re 100%) give you more fiber and higher energy levels for a longer period of time
- Reduce or eliminate “refined” carbohydrates like white breads, pastas, rice, etc., because they have more calories and very little nutritional value
- Healthy fats from things like peanut butter, olive oil or flaxseed oil and avocados
- Drink a lot of water. You should drink at least 6-8 Large glasses of water a day, the more the better. It has zero calories, it fills you up and hydrates your body to burn more calories more efficiently
- If you don’t eat enough calories for your age, activity level and size to “fuel” your body, you won’t lose weight, because you won’t have energy to burn calories
- You need a good amount of healthy protein like poultry and egg whites, skinless poultry, lean beef or fish, nuts and beans, and low fat dairy products

My Healthy Mexican Fat Loss Recipe
(makes about 5-6 servings)
* 1-lb of cooked diced chicken breast (can also use shrimp in this recipe for variety)
* 2 medium vidalia onions diced
* 1 large bunch of cilantro finely chopped
* 1 small jar (10 or 12 oz) of bean and corn salsa
* about 3 ripe avocados
* 1 large lime
* about 10-12 round flat tostada shells (avoid any that are fried in soybean oil or hydrogenated oils of any kind… I found a brand of tostada shells at a health food store that are fried in much healthier coconut oil). If not, use soft corn tortillas instead or something that’s not fried in oil.
Mix the diced chicken, diced onion, chopped cilantro, and jar of bean and corn salsa all together in a large bowl. Spoon out some of the mixture from the bowl onto each of the tostadas, and then top with some diced avocado (I use about 1/4 to 1/2 of an avocado for each tostada). Then slice off a couple of fresh lime wedges and squeeze the fresh lime juice on top of each tostada.
