There’s a wide variety of ab exercise machines, and the trick is finding the one that will work for you. Ab exercise machines will help you tighten and tone your abdominal muscles, including the upper and lower abdominals and oblique muscles (on the sides). You’ll want a machine that has a padded seat, backrest, movable arms, and handles to help stabilize you.
I’m going to review some of the ab exercise machines on the market, including Ab Lounge reviews – the Ab Lounger Pro, Ab Lounger Plus and Ab Lounger II, and include an Ab Lounger video. I’ll also review an ab roller exercise and the best abdominal exercises to help tighten and firm your abs.
Ab Lounger Reviews: Ab Lounger Pro, Ab Lounger Plus, Ab Lounger II, Ab Lounger XL (Ab Lounger Extreme) and Ab Lounger Video
The hard part of finding the best ab exercise machines is knowing what information is factual and reliable. I research every product I investigate and give you the facts that I’ve found on reputable, impartial health, governmental and educational sites. I provide the facts I’ve found from Ab Lounger reviews on the Ab Lounger Pro, Ab Lounger Plus, Ab Lounger II, Ab Lounger XL, and include an Ab Lounger video so you can watch it in action.
The Ab Lounger was one of 2009′s hottest ab exercise machines, but the maximum weight capacity is 250 pounds, and I feel it’s over-priced. It’s suppose to be foldable and easily stored, but it’s only somewhat less bulky folded. The Ab Lounger XL doesn’t fit tall or short users. Any ab exercise machine where you have to hold your hands and arms above your head is not worth considering, because it doesn’t allow a full contraction of the targeted abdominal muscles. I’m not saying “Don’t try it.” It seems to work for a lot of people. You just need to know the facts before you jump. Here’s a link to some Ab Lounger reviews you can check out for yourself.
