Below are some real, proven simple ways to lose weight fast, and it is the best diet to lose weight fast besides being the healthiest As you know, losing weight or fat has to involve Discipline and Determination if you’re going to succeed. Here are some simple things you can do that won’t cost you an arm and a leg, and are the healthiest ways to lose weight:

  • Sugar, particularly processed sugar. It’s in more foods than you realize, so don’t keep piling it on
  • Processed foods are loaded with sugar, starch, and a lot of “mystery ingredients” you can’t even pronounce, and do your body no good, possibly harm
  • Junk” foods. We all know this, but just being more conscientious about what you’re eating or drinking will help a lot
  • Starches are in so many foods – just read the labels and moderate them. Pasta, bread, rice, and potatoes are big ones
